A food technologist’s dream to bring India’s forgotten superfruits to the world — born in a pandemic, nurtured by passion.
Shivani — Food Technologist
As a food technologist, Shivani always knew India held untapped treasures. During the COVID-19 lockdown she asked a simple question: “Why is the Indian Ber still underutilized?”
That question became a mission. Ber was loved in villages, ignored by modern markets, and packed with nutrition.
Starting from her kitchen, she developed the first Abbarosa recipes and began building a superfruit ecosystem.
