At Abrosaa, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policy:
- Delivery Time: While we cannot commit to a fixed delivery time, we assure you that your order will be delivered within a week. Please note that on certain days, extreme weather conditions or governmental regulatory activities may cause slight delays.
- Dispatch: Orders will be dispatched within the third business day from the date of your order. We aim to get your Abrosaa products to you as swiftly as possible.
- Order Details: When placing your order, kindly provide the following details to ensure a smooth delivery process:
- Name of the recipient
- Flat number/bungalow number
- Name of the building
- Name of the road/street/marg
- Contact number (landline/mobile)
- Proper/familiar landmark
- Email address
- Confirmation: After we’ve accepted your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you, ensuring that you’re aware of your order status.
- Order Execution: Abrosaa will consider an order as “executed” under the following circumstances:
- Delivery not possible due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Recipient not available at the provided address.
- Premises locked.
- Incorrect or non-working phone number, or phone switched off or unreachable when attempted by our delivery agent.
- Addressee refusing to accept the products.
- Delivery made at the security cabin of the building, reception, or to a neighbor based on the customer’s instructions.
- Force Majeure: In cases of civil disturbances, floods, heavy rains, national bandhs, or any other force majeure event, we reserve the right to either cancel the order or reschedule the delivery to a more suitable date.
- Cancellation: You can request the cancellation of a confirmed order up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Return & Exchange Policy
We at Abrosaa are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Here’s our return and exchange policy:
- Product Condition: All products are eligible for refunds and returns only if they have been kept refrigerated under 15°C at all times. Failure to do so will result in the product spoiling, rendering your claim null and void.
- Verification: All refunds and returns are subject to verification and confirmation by our employees and management.
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it. Following the inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refund Initiation: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment. Please allow up to a month for the credit to reflect, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Valid Claims: Refunds and returns are considered valid only if there is a problem with the product. We prioritize ensuring that you receive top-quality products with every purchase.
